Grant Molden is a longtime resident of Tippecanoe County. After 24 years of service to the community he retired from law enforcement to pursue new challenges in the exciting field of real estate.
When Grant became a fully licensed Realtor he made a commitment to always promote the best interest of his clients. Throughout his years as an agent Grant has remained steadfast to his pledge that his clients must always come first.
In January 2016, after 14 years with RE/MAX, Grant and his daughter Megan opened Railroad Street Realty in Brookston Indiana.
Grant and his wife Jennifer have been married for 38 years. They have two children, Megan and Aaron, 2 beautiful granddaughters Sammi and Charley.
Grant and Jennifer enjoy cooking for friends and family, fishing, biking and kayaking.

Meet Megan Molden Scaggs… REALTOR®, Associate Broker
Megan is a lifelong resident of Tippecanoe County. She grew up in West Lafayette where she attended Harrison High School and graduated in 2001. She then attended Purdue University where she double majored in health and physical education and graduated in 2007.
Megan has a 7 year old daughter named Sammi and a 2 year old daughter named Charley. They enjoy doing arts and crafts, playing at the playground and walking their two dogs. Megan also enjoys organic gardening, cooking and playing softball.
Once Megan became a real estate agent she knew it was the right choice. Megan has always put her client’s needs at the top of her priority list. You can always count on her to provide top rate customer service and make it a point to always be available when you need her.
